- Prepare 2 loaves of bread.

- Soak the poha in water for 5-10 minutes. Then take it out and strain it..
- Take 2 loaves of bread and cut it's 4 outer sides. Dip it in water for a second..
- Take a bowl and mash the bread and poha together..
- Now add some cornflour to the mix. Then add salt, red chilli powder to it. Mix well and knead it..
- Spread it on a tray and cut it into pieces..
- Heat a pan, add oil to it..
- Now cook the poha pieces in it on a low flame..
