- You need 1 of Onion.
- You need 2 of garlic cloves.
- It's 1/2 tsp of ginger.
- Prepare 1/2 of chilli.
- Prepare 1 tsp of vegetable oil.

- Prepare 1 tsp of ground cumin.
- You need 1 tsp of coriander.
- You need 2 tsp of hot chilli powder.
- It's 4 of chicken breasts, cut into chunks.
- It's 400 g of can chopped tomatoes.

Chicken Madras step by step
- Blitz onion, garlic cloves, ginger and chilli together in a food processor until it becomes a coarse paste..
